Cancellation Policy:

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of the full rate.

Yes! We want to offer families as much flexibilty as possible. If you are not in need of a full-time membership, use our 12 Pack for 12 x 4 hours and book your slot when you need it.
