Our Roundtable is an intimate networking event in a laid back atmosphere where mom bosses connect, learn, and grow.

Because it can be hard sometimes as a busy working mom to prioritize self-care, I am super excited for our special guest Dr. Makeda Moore, mental health counselor and life coach and founder of SOL Powerful! We will chat about mindfulness and how we can – realistically – incorporate meditation in our often hectic day to day life as a way to ground and re-center ourselves. This is your night out that will leave you recharged and inspired!
