We bring coworking and childcare under one roof—so you don’t have to choose between getting work done and being close to your little one. Our space is designed for working parents who want to grow their careers without the guilt or isolation that often comes with early parenthood. Here, you’re supported personally and professionally, and surrounded by a community that gets it. They say it takes a village to raise a child—at Heinsch House, we’re building that village in the city.

We have a mixed age group of children age 0 – 3.

Caregivers and parents work as a team, with care shaped around your child’s unique needs—whether that’s their nursing or nap schedule, working with separation anxiety, or developmental milestones. You are welcome to check on your child any time and it’s also totally fine if you power through the morning at your desk.

Please provide one snack in a snack box, a water bottle or sippy cup, an extra outfit (you never know), and a sleep sack if they’ll be napping. Please label everything if you want happy caregivers!

We do our best to provide a safe environment both for you and your child based on recommendations from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). In case you or your child gets sick, we ask you to reschedule your booking within our 24 hours policy in order to protect the health of our children and their families. Should you or your child develop symptoms of sickness while at the Heinsch House, we will ask you to pick up your child immediately.

As part of the enrolment form, we will ask you if your child has any allergies or medical conditions and to keep us updated on your child’s health status.

Our childcare approach is inspired by key Montessori principles like independence, curiosity, and mutual respect. Children are given the space to take initiative, follow their interests, and explore at their own pace within a structured group setting. That means plenty of free play, open-ended materials, and creative activities.

We structure our environment and groups intentionally. Children play in mixed-age settings, learning not just from adults but from each other. This naturally fosters empathy, patience, and responsibility.

We believe in the idea of “Help me do it myself” as the foundation of how children build lifelong learning habits and a deep trust in their own abilities.
